What is your return policy?
At SR-17018 Shop, we prioritize satisfaction for our research-only products. We accept returns but not exchanges. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery by emailing sr17018@proton.me with your order number, details, and photographic evidence of any issues.
What items are eligible for return?
Returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or defective items with photographic evidence. Products must be unopened and in original condition. Sales are otherwise final—no returns for change of mind or misuse.
Who pays for return shipping?
You cover return shipping costs using tracked, insured methods. Upon receipt and inspection of eligible returns, we issue a full refund excluding the original shipping cost.
What is your policy on customs seizures?
We stand by our shipping. In the unlikely event your package is seized by customs, we offer a one-time free reshipment or a full refund, at your choice. No seizure letter or return is required. Simply contact us with your order number if your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at sr17018@proton.me within 7 days of delivery with your order number, details, and photos of any damage or defects. We'll review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours for standard parcels. Express orders leave within 24 hours. Delivery times vary by location:
- Express: 2-5 business days worldwide
- USA (Standard): 3-5 business days
- International (Standard): 7-21 business days
Is the packaging discreet?
Absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our company name. Your privacy is a top priority.
